Stephanie Castellone (“Miz Charlamay”)

BurlyCares CEO, Director & Administrator

Having started performing at the age of 6, Stephanie has had a life-long love for the stage and entertaining. Her roots began on the east coast in Rhode Island when she came under the direction and teaching of acrobatic teacher Barbara Wells of the “Barbara Wells Dance Studio” Her specialty within the circus has always been contortion and tumbling. In her adult years she has added aerial, burlesque and clowning to her repertoire of skills.

She has performed as a circus artist and neo-burlesque performer worldwide three times over and continues to be a driving force in the entertainment industry within Las Vegas since 2005. She has worked for famous artists Amazing Jonathan and Psychic Tanya, Jeff McBride, Kevin James, Seth Grabel, Lucent Dossier, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Paris Hilton, Thievery Corporation, Psy, and The Property Brothers. She has been featured in ‘Popovich the Movie’,  Comedy Central’s ‘The Gong Show’, Tony Sacca’s ‘Christmas Television Special’, the ‘Las Vegas Wrangler Hockey Half Time Show’, Cirque Du Soleil’s ‘One Drop’ after party’s and ‘Cirque Couture’s’ pre-show. She was also a featured story on the ‘Echappees Belles French TV Documentary Series’ with esteemed marionette artist Anthony Rias. She is a two-time ‘Burlesque Hall of Fame Mover, Shaker and Innovator’, first runner up on Comedy Central’s ‘The Gong Show’, winner of the ‘Burlypicks Nevada Regional Burlesque Competition’ in 2015 and 2019, first runner up at the ‘Burlypicks International Burlesque Competition Finals’ in 2015, and a featured burlesque performer at the ‘Las Vegas, London and Australia Burlesque Festivals’. In addition, she was the creator, producer and director of ‘Karnival the Variety Show’, one of the longest-running local variety shows in Las Vegas, and is the co-producer of the ‘Shenanigans Variety Show’ series. She is currently still performing in the Las Vegas residency show ‘Lost Spirits Distillery’ as a featured contortionist. 

In addition to being a performer for most of her life, she has also been a “Registered Nurse” for 22 years and has worked in the field of nursing for 24 years. Her specialty within nursing has been geriatrics and hospice for most of her career, but she also has experience in pediatrics and psychiatric nursing. She retired from the front lines of hospice nursing in 2019 and then dedicated her time to working as the CEO, Director and Administrator of the BurlyCares Organization. She has now taken both of her career passions and started BurlyCares with the help of many burlesque legends and other neo-burlesque performers. With her experience as both a variety show performer and Registered Nurse, she leads this organization with an amazing board, workers and volunteers to help meet the needs of senior legend variety performance artists. With her unique skills she works tirelessly to ensure this population is understood and cared for in the most optimal and exceptional ways possible.


Miranda Smith (“Miss Miranda Glamour”)

Miranda has been a pillar within the Las Vegas burlesque community for decades. She is an avid supporter of all things burlesque and has always been dedicated to our variety show legends! After a 2005 trip to Exotic World in Helendale, California, Miranda began her career as a burlesque performer. She then progressed to becoming a burlesque show producer and “Femcee”.

She currently produces five monthly shows and serves as ‘Haus Mother’ to the Las Vegas-based burlesque experience ‘The Haus of Glamour’. In addition to her years of experience within burlesque and her dedication to the Legends, she also brings to BurlyCares over a decade of experience in crisis counseling and social services.

Miss Miranda also holds the title of ‘BurlyCares Administrative Assistant’.


Kina Foster Theivagt (“Anita Brassiere”)

She’s smooth, well-rounded, and uplifting in more than two ways! Snap your straps for Anita Brassiere! Anita is a graduate of the “Las Vegas School of Burlesque” as well as “Lili VonSchtupp’s Burlesque School For Wayward Girls”. Anita has had the opportunity to strut her stuff on stage as a performer, producer, co-producer, stage manager, and emcee!

Since joining the burlesque community, Anita has volunteered at the ‘Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender’ as a stage manager, a kitten wrangler, and assisted with PR and marketing. In 2019, Anita was crowned the ‘Grand Vizier of Burlesque’, providing “blessings” and tributes to burlesque legends at the ‘Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender’.

Anita remains a pillar to the BurlyCares organization with her continued love and devotion to the organization and the legends. Her messages always include encouragement and hope for the future. She lovingly refers to her fans as “bra straps” because she says she “needs all the support she can get!”

Elyse Baugh (“Elyse Elaine”)

She is known as “The Marilyn With Melanin”! Elyse started her burlesque career in the Bay Area in October of 2011 and has been seen on stages in Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, and now Las Vegas, where she currently resides.

She has many titles under her belt including producer, choreographer, radio host and entertainer. She’s been a featured entertainer and Emcee for the long-running ‘Supper Club’ and ‘The Hubba Hubba Revue’ in San Francisco, CA. In addition, is was a featured dancer in the ‘Usher Residency’ at “Caesars Palace Las Vegas”. She’s choreographed and taught for ‘Bay Area Flash Mob’, ‘SideShowCrew’, and the ‘Iconic Dance Collective’. She can also be heard on “Hot 702.5FM” in Las Vegas for ‘2 of a Kind’.

Her newest venture is producing her burlesque revue ‘WOMANOPOLY’ at “The Las Vegas Art District”, and also being part of the Las Vegas residency show ‘Cheapshot’.


Kiki Maroon

BurlyCares Board Member


KiKi Maroon is a stand-up comic, special events producer, and international award-winning burlesque performer. Known as ‘The Standup Who Strips Down’,  her life on the road as a showgirl has given her a unique voice on stage. Combining stand-up comedy, storytelling, and cabaret, she has been called a modern day Lucille Ball”, although Lucille never pulled a clown nose out of her panties! KiKi has charmed audiences across the U.S, South America, Europe, and Asia. She has won the titles of ‘2013 Burlesque Comedy Queen’ and the ‘2015 People’s Choice Award at The International Queen Burlesque Festival’ in Milan, Italy. She has also had the honor of being a judge at the ‘2018 Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender Competition’.

Based out of Las Vegas, KiKi is originally from Texas where she was named one of Houston’s ‘Most Colorful Celebrities’ by The Houston Chronicle. She was also included in ‘The 100 Most Creative People’ by The Houston Press for her work as a special events producer. In 2015, KiKi launched ‘The BCBC Festival’, a burlesque and circus festival featuring performers from around the world in Houston, Texas. In 2019 she held residencies at “The House of Blues in Houston” and “The House of Blues Dallas” and was the star of ‘Kiki Maroon’s BurlyQ Lounge’. The show received rave reviews and was regularly sold out during the year-long run.

After a public battle with addiction, KiKi launched a 15-episode podcast called ‘Clown Interrupted’. This interview-style show focuses on artists in recovery and the life choices that led them to sobriety. The Houston Chronicle called ‘Clown, Interrupted’ “an hour’s worth of near-perfect rock ’n’ roll lifestyle conversation.” This show led to her TEDx talk, ‘The Beauty of Rock Bottom’, which chronicled her journey from alcoholic stripping clown to bump n’ grind burlesque superstar!

Lottie Ellington is Virginia’s infamous “Twerking Teacher”! Her hip rolls and butt isolations are so fierce that when she moves she can make it rain! Lottie has a unique style, comedic wit, and a flair for the dramatic; she revels in keeping the audience on the edge of their seats!  

Lottie began dancing at the age of 4 and continued studying various types of dance throughout her life. She has studied the art of the tease while honing skills as a performer, she has studied jazz, hoop dance, hip hop dance, fan dance, Congolese dance, ballroom dance and belly dance.  Her numbers are usually comedic in nature and primarily considered to be a Neo-Burlesque/”Nerdlesque” performer, however she is a well-rounded performer and has been expanding her range of “classic burlesque” numbers.  Lottie made her burlesque debut in 2011 and has continued pushing the boundaries of Neo-Burlesque. She has performed in the ‘Michigan Burlesque Festival’, ‘The Great Burlesque Expo in Boston’, ‘Fierce Burlesque Festival’, ‘The Ohio Burlesque Festival’,  and won the title of ‘Burlypics Michigan’s 2015 Master of Assels’. She competed in the ‘Brunswick Burlesque Vaginia Dentata Pagent’ in Brunswick, New York, and was named the ‘Burlesque Box most viewed video of 2015’.

She instructs and conducts workshops at various burlesque and belly dance festivals across the country. She was also an instructor and former “Headmistress” at ‘Boom Boom Basics Burlesque and Fine Arts Studio’ in Richmond, Virginia.  She recently moved back to her hometown of Detroit, Michigan where she has begun sharing her own style of “Southern Baptist Booty” all across Motown!

Wendy came to BurlyCares and first cared for burlesque legend and BurlyCares founder, Fannie Annie. Fannie immediately saw how gifted and compassionate Wendy was and immediately wanted her to be part of the BurlyCares team! Wendy has been a “Certified Nursing Assistant” since 2009. She is energetic, dependable, and renders the highest quality of patient care to all of her patients.

In addition to her wonderful skills of compassion and unconditional care, Wendy is also excellent with time management, charting, and communication. She has also been dubbed by the BurlyCares team as the “Best Bed Bath Giver and Nursing Assistant In The World”! BurlyCares is beyond grateful to have her on our team!

Annette Houlihan “Blanche DeBris”

Las Vegas End of Life Doula

Burlesque’s “American Treasure”, Blanche DeBris,  has been entertaining herself and occasionally others for more years than she can reliably count. She made her burlesque debut in 2008 at Seattle’s ‘Moisture Festival’, and since 2012 she has been an emcee at the prestigious ‘Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender’. She has also been named “the secret sauce of Vegas’ theatre scene” by ‘The Las Vegas Weekly’.

Blanche has also been honored to emcee burlesque festivals and events across the USA and Canada, including the ‘Smoky Mountain Burlesque Festival’ in Knoxville, TN, the ‘Southwest Burlesque Showcase’ in Albuquerque, NM, the ‘Freezing Tassel Festival’ in Anchorage, AK, the ‘Florida Burlesque Festival’, as well as burlesque festivals and shows in Savannah, Minneapolis, Chicago, Vermont, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Vancouver (Canada), and Calgary (Canada), among others. She is also a teacher, mentoring new and veteran burlesque performers in connecting to their burlesque persona. In addition, she teaches how to hone emcee skills in her “Master That Ceremony” workshops. As an invited presenter at ‘BurlyCon’ in 2018, she also presented her talk on “Kindness as A Revolutionary Act.”  Most of all, Blanche strives to brighten and inspire the burlesque world with her boundless joy, enthusiasm, optimism, and bewilderment. Miss DeBris currently resides in Las Vegas and has been an instrumental part of the BurlyCares Organization!



Ann Skelly (“Lou Lou Roxy”)

Considered a pioneer in the neo-burlesque revolution, Lou Lou Roxy began her burlesque adventure in the very early 2000s, as a founding member of ‘Sin City Grind Kittens’, the first modern burlesque troupe in Las Vegas. In her nearly 20-year burlesque career, she has performed at multiple burlesque and variety festivals, instructed, volunteered, mentored, and continues to fight for more diversity and inclusivity in the entertainment industry. She now plays a pivotal role in BurlyCares as the “Las Vegas Lead Case Worker”, where she regularly works diligently to serve our Las Vegas legends!

Her accolades include, being VotedTop 50 Most Influential Burlesque Figures Worldwide, 2016-2021, The ‘Princess of Burlesque’ (1st Runner Up), Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend, Tournament of Tease 2017, The ‘Duchess of Burlesque’ (2nd Runner Up), Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend, Tournament of Tease 2016, The Lavender Community Award - Lavender Magazine 2015, "Most Dazzling Dancer" Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend, Tournament of Tease 2013 and
"100 Women We Love", GO Magazine 2013.

She is hailed the "Sexquisite Powerhouse" and “The Energizer Honey” of burlesque. She began her burlesque love affair in 2004 and has since become an international icon.  "The Energizer Honey" is also celebrating her 10th year volunteering as BHoF's Head of Legends Matters, is a revered producer, and mentors performers worldwide. 

Her Royal Sweetness is a pioneer of the Twin Cities’ Neo-Burlesque movement.  She has branched out into print, film, plays, television, and has headlined prestigious festivals and events across the globe.  As a burlesque super-fan herself, she is honored to meet and celebrate new artists as much as share top billing alongside the best performers in the industry.

Sweetpea is also out to advocate and motivate!  The Equal OpportuniTease donates to a local non-profit or organization every month through her events, is a proud spokesperson for such charity events as Dining Out for Life, and lends her talents to organizations such as Planned Parenthood and Shout Out Loud, Suicide Prevention.

Pea's mission is to nurture and promote the experience of succulent, multifaceted, full-spectrum juicy living by caring for, connecting to, and fully inhabiting our bodies.  When not onstage baring & sharing her love of life, she's working to help others discover, nurture & express theirs, through work as a burlesque mentor, The Health Hussy & Dominatrix, Queen Pea.
